Which hosting plan should I pick?

If your site runs on WordPress, Managed WordPress Hosting is the simplest path — LiteSpeed-tuned, free migration, cPanel included. If you need root access or want to run other stacks, go VPS. For single-tenant performance with reserved cores, that's VDS Hosting. Email-only is Email Hosting.

Can you migrate my site from another host?

Yes — unlimited migrations are free on every plan. Send us cPanel logins or a backup, and we move your sites with no downtime. Most migrations finish within 24 hours of order.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — 30 days, no questions asked. If you're not happy in the first month, we refund the hosting portion in full. Domains and one-time setup fees are excluded.

What's your uptime SLA?

99.99% on all production plans, measured per-minute. If we miss it in any given month, we credit your account proportionally — automatically, no ticket required.

Where are your data centers?

We operate in multiple regions across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. You can pick the region closest to your audience at checkout. Need a specific region we don't list? Talk to sales.

Do you support PHP 8 / Node.js / Python / databases?

Managed WordPress and shared hosting support PHP 7.4 through 8.3 (selectable per account), MariaDB, and Redis. VPS and VDS Hosting give you root access — run any stack you like, including Node.js, Python, Go, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.

Are backups included?

Daily off-site backups are included on every plan, retained for 14 days. You can restore from the control panel yourself, or we can do it for you. Keep your own backups of anything mission-critical too — defence in depth.

How do you handle security?

Imunify360 is enabled by default — real-time malware scanning, WAF, and per-account isolation via CloudLinux. Free Let's Encrypt SSL on every domain. We patch the kernel, web server, and PHP weekly. If your site gets compromised, we'll help clean it up.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer for annual plans. Iraqi bank transfer is supported for local customers. Invoices are issued from our US entity (NakibVPS LLC, Florida).

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades are instant and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Moving between product lines (e.g. Managed WordPress → VPS) is also free — we handle the migration.

How fast is support?

Tickets typically get a real engineer reply within a couple of hours during business hours, faster for urgent issues. Live chat covers Iraqi-Arabic and English. We don't outsource support — every reply comes from someone who can actually fix the problem.

Do you sell domain names?

Not currently — we're focused on hosting. You can register your domain anywhere (Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.) and point it at us. We'll help configure DNS at no charge.
