This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of NakibVPS, LLC services and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP and all applicable laws.
Lawful Use
You may only use NakibVPS, LLC services for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service and remove any material violating this AUP, with or without notice.
Prohibited Activities
- Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights: Unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted material, counterfeit merchandise, or any other intellectual property violations.
- Use of Shared Accounts as Backup/Storage: Using shared hosting accounts as backup/storage devices beyond one cPanel backup.
- Unacceptable Material: Includes, but is not limited to:
- Pornographic or adult content
- IRC scripts/bots
- Proxy scripts/anonymizers
- Image hosting scripts
- AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
- Bruteforce programs
- Mail bombers/spam scripts
- High-yield interest programs
- Investment sites
- Sale of controlled substances without permits
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- Fraudulent sites
- Streaming of live sporting events
- Anonymous or bulk SMS gateways
- Bitcoin miners
- Payday loan sites
- Any content related to hacking, phishing, spamming, scamming, identity theft, fraud, forgery, deception, virus or malware distribution, network attacks, and interference with other users.
- Child Pornography Prohibited: Content harmful to minors, including child pornography, is strictly forbidden.
- Unacceptable Resource Usage: Includes, but is not limited to:
- Excessive use of system resources
- Running unattended server-side processes
- Running web spiders/indexers
- Running bit torrent applications
- Participating in file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
- Running gaming servers
- Running frequent cron jobs
- Long-running MySQL queries
- Improper use of PHP include functions
- Exceeding inode limits
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero-tolerance stance against unsolicited email, bulk emailing, and spam. Accounts engaging in spamming activities may be terminated without notice. Websites advertised via spam are not allowed.
Defamation Policy
We do not remove allegedly defamatory material unless determined by a court. We rely on legal judgments to take action against defamatory content.
Policy Enforcement
NakibVPS, LLC reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate any account violating this AUP. Cooperation with legal authorities may occur if necessary. Violations may lead to legal actions and charges for blacklist removal or cleanup fees.
Disclaimer
NakibVPS, LLC is not obligated to monitor user activities but may act upon violations. We disclaim responsibility for user-generated content and activities that violate this AUP.
