This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all customers, resellers, and end users of NakibVPS services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our <a href=\"\/ar\/terms-conditions\/\">\u0634\u0631\u0648\u0637 \u0627\u0644\u062e\u062f\u0645\u0629<\/a> and <a href=\"\/ar\/aup\/\">Acceptable Use Policy<\/a>. Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Definition of Spam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the purposes of this policy, &#8220;<strong>spam<\/strong>&#8221; includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE):<\/strong> Any email message sent to multiple recipients who have not explicitly requested or consented to receive such communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE):<\/strong> Commercial advertising or promotional messages sent without the recipient&#8217;s prior consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email with Forged Headers:<\/strong> Messages with falsified sender information, routing data, or other header manipulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deceptive Email:<\/strong> Messages with misleading subject lines, false sender identities, or fraudulent content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email Harvesting Results:<\/strong> Messages sent to addresses collected through automated harvesting, scraping, or purchasing of email lists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Prohibited Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following activities are strictly prohibited when using NakibVPS services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Email-Related Prohibitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email of any kind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending chain letters, pyramid schemes, or Ponzi scheme solicitations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending emails with forged, falsified, or manipulated headers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using deceptive subject lines or misleading sender information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending emails that do not include a valid physical mailing address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending emails without a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failing to honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating open mail relays or open proxy servers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using our services to relay email through third-party servers without authorization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 List and Address Prohibitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harvesting, scraping, or collecting email addresses from websites, directories, or other sources without consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchasing, selling, or renting email lists from any source<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using third-party email lists, even if claimed to be &#8220;opt-in&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding email addresses to mailing lists without explicit, verifiable consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using software designed to harvest email addresses or generate random addresses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating as a list broker or email list rental service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 Technical Prohibitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Configuring mail servers to accept and relay email from unknown third parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using scripts or software to send bulk email without proper throttling and authentication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending email through compromised or hijacked systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in botnets or using botnet-controlled systems for email delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circumventing spam filters, blacklists, or other anti-spam measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using our IP addresses to send email that results in blacklisting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prohibited Content Types<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Emails sent through NakibVPS services must not contain or promote content related to the following categories, regardless of whether the recipient has opted in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Adult and Dating Content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pornographic or sexually explicit material<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adult novelty items or products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dating, matchmaking, or escort services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adult entertainment services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Financial and Marketing Schemes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliate marketing or CPA marketing campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get-rich-quick schemes or &#8220;make money fast&#8221; offers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online trading, forex, or stock market promotions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit repair or debt consolidation services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mortgages, loans, or financial services (without prior written approval)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cryptocurrency investment schemes or ICO promotions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Gambling and Gaming<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online gambling or casino services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sports betting platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online sweepstakes or lottery services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gambling-related products or services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.4 Fraudulent and Deceptive Content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Phishing emails or fake security alerts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Counterfeit or replica designer goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fake pharmaceuticals or unapproved medications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social engineering or impersonation attempts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selling social media followers, likes, views, or engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Essay writing or academic fraud services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.5 Other Prohibited Categories<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Herbal highs, synthetic drugs, or incense products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unapproved nutritional supplements or weight loss products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unlicensed streaming TV or pirated content services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead generation or selling leads (without prior written approval)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulk RFQ (Request for Quote) emails<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External email-to-SMS services exceeding 100 messages per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keyloggers, spyware, or surveillance software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Policy Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NakibVPS reserves the right to modify this Anti-Spam Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify customers of significant changes via email.
