NakibVPS, LLC (“NakibVPS<\/strong>,” “we<\/strong>,” “us<\/strong>,” or “our<\/strong>“) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers and users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA<\/strong>“), 17 U.S.C. \u00a7 512, and other applicable intellectual property laws, we have established this Copyright Infringement Policy to address allegations of copyright infringement occurring on or through our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringements, how accused parties can respond with counter-notifications, and the consequences for repeat infringers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Our Commitment to Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

NakibVPS is committed to complying with U.S. copyright law and responding promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. We have registered a Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office as required by the DMCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and made accessible through NakibVPS services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Agent with the following information in writing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1 Required Elements of a DMCA Notice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your notification must include all<\/strong> of the following elements to be effective:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Identification of the Infringing Material:<\/strong> Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Please provide specific URLs where the allegedly infringing material can be found.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Your Contact Information:<\/strong> Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Good Faith Statement:<\/strong> A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Accuracy Statement:<\/strong> A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Signature:<\/strong> A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
